1. Are you a recruitment agency?
No, we are not a recruitment agency. We do not charge for placements or recruit individuals. Instead, we organise events called "Come and See".

2. What happens at the Come and See events?
Our events are attended by sponsor partner companies of RSBA1.online. These companies engage directly with our service users to share insights about their organisation, values, and the opportunities they offer.

3. Do you charge to join?
Yes, a sponsorship fee is required for companies to partner with us. This helps cover operational costs, event hosting, and marketing activities.

4. Do you advertise the events and where?
Absolutely. We promote our events on the Wake Up In The City platform and directly to our service users through RSBA1.online.

5. How do I join?
Register your interest to get started. You'll be invited to a 20-minute webinar, followed by the signing of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). From there, you'll be ready to host your first “Come and See” event.  There is a charge to advertise on Come and See.  This rate is discussed based on what you are looking to achieve.
